Currently all of our training is online and at-your-own-pace. Telecare's experienced and knowledgeable trainers will be there to guide you every step of the way.

Become a Call Responder

Joining the Telecare Team as a Volunteer Call Responder is a privilege and responsibility. To get the process started you will need to:


1. Complete an application form.

2. Sign-off on Telecare statements found in the application.

3. Submit a current criminal record check, a personal reference letter, and a $100 training fee.
